Industrialized system

The pre-industrialized construction is based on the repetition of modular structural elements that allow the execution of building’s support system in a short period of time, by joining the horizontal bearing structure to vertical through skilled labor.

These modular elements are comparable to floor frame of traditional modular system and present suitable standard dimensions to its road carriage. They have profiles in their long side, which operate with the attached frame, forming a double profile that acts as a beam, transmitting its efforts to the pillar system.

The forges are made on this framework and its straps, through the determined system based on project conditions.
