CASAS INDUSTRIALES  has also being part of the design of new cities in developing countries. In this case, it is a new city with around 100-200 houses for the families of the new workers of the new factory that will be built nearby.

For each new house different typologies of the social housing projects developed by CASAS INDUSTRIALES have been used.

In the whole complex, all the necessary equipment such as police station, school or market among others is also designed. Each new building, from houses till equipments- will be built using the STEEL FRAME construction system.
